At Navy Federal Credit Union, I led the design of a scalable newsletter for the internal Creative Corp team, enhancing communication and engagement. The challenge was developing a responsive, customizable template for weekly updates. I designed a clean UI using Photoshop, HTML5, and CSS, ensuring clarity and readability. Collaborating with a UX developer, we integrated JavaScript for smooth deployment. The newsletter, featuring a navy, white, and gold palette with structured typography, saw a 40% engagement boost, becoming a key tool for team collaboration and streamlined internal communication.
